Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at imara@diprimewell.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide shipping instructions specific to your order.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Paste that in, save it, then do the same “Create from template” step for Terms of Service — that one you can usually leave as Shopify’s default without edits, since it’s mostly standard legal boilerplate.

Once both are saved, we’ll be done with the required legal setup — after that, the store is genuinely ready to test with real traffic.
